Pain Point: Conventional tensioning operation works with pressure controlled through valves inside the pump. Expansion of hoses, wear and tear of valves, seals etc in the system demands a settling time when pressure is quickly built up to target pressure.

Solution: Pressure sensor inside the tensioner saves 30-50% cycle time lost in waiting for relaxation. Further, with Torque and angle sensors together with pressure sensors, it provides the highest level of accuracy.

Warnings and events indication at right time saves money

Pain Point: Using standard tools, it's hard to know exactly the right time when tools have an issue. Often by the time you know about an issue, it's too late and damage has been done and you need replacements. Out in the field, time is money and this can be detrimental to ongoing projects.

Solution: Directly on the hand controller, you will receive warnings when an issue has occurred. This relates to: Puller bar life cycle, Voltage fluctuations, and internal temperature increase.
